My desire is to work with clients and help them to see changes they can make in habits and behaviors to achieve and maintain sobriety. Changes that can lead to experiencing  more peace and joy in their daily living.  I enjoy spending time with family, sewing, knitting, and up-cycling treasures I find.  I encourage myself and others with this bible verse:
Psalm 46:1, 10  "God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble. Be still and know that I am God."
