At CWLC we believe health is more than a number on a scale or a PR on the barbell, it’s whole-person care. Our mission is building lives, growing relationships, and imparting hope, and Flex It brings that mission into motion. Whether you’re lifting for strength, joining friends for pickleball, or showing up for your mental well-being, you belong here.
Two convenient campuses, Clearbrook and Gonvick, each offer comfortable gym spaces. Clearbrook offers a fully equipped weight room where members of every fitness level can work toward their goals. We host guided weight-lifting classes for beginners through seasoned lifters. Gonvick hosts the friendly, active Pickleball Club that’s perfect for cardio, coordination, and community.

Membership
You can use the form below to sign up. Include payment and mail it to the Clearbrook office. Extra Membership forms are available by the Donation box in the gym. Pickleball hours are subject to change at holidays. Clearbrook also has pickleball equipment for use for weight room members which includes more extensive times.

Monday- Thursday 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM Friday 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Membership Fees $30.00/ month $10.00/ week $5.00/ day *Students : $10/ month Ages 14-15 must be supervised by an adult or provide certificate of prior training; a liability form must be completed before admittance. |

Fitness in Clearbrook is a Weight Room and Gym. Membership fees are low and help us maintain the equipment.
Are you interested in weight training? We offer training with a fitness coach. Call our office for more information at 218-776-2789.
Membership also comes with Gym use and access to Clearbrook Pickleball courts!
