Membership
  • $200 annual memberships, payable in January each year
  • $20 monthly memberships, payable at the beginning of each month
  • $5 for a drop-in guest or per-time fee (put this in the Donation box)

You can use the form below to sign up. Include payment and mail it to the Clearbrook office.
Extra Membership forms are available by the Donation box in the gym.
Clearbrook also has pickleball equipment for use for weight room members which includes more extensive times.

Fitness in Clearbrook is a weight room and gym. Membership fees are low and help us maintain the equipment.

     Ages 14-15 must be supervised by an adult or provide certificate of prior training; a liability form must be completed before admittance.
