Space Rentals

Space Rentals are available in both Gonvick and Clearbrook for small to large parties, classes, meals, meetings or gatherings. For availability please call 218-776-2789.​

Gym

This is a large space perfect for a wedding, graduation or anniversary reception, family reunion, or birthday party. The gym can accommodate a group of 100 to 200. It's also a great place to run off excess energy, especially on rainy days. 
Location: 226 Elm St, Gonvick
Accommodates: 100-200 people
Cost: $50 1-4 hrs.; $100 full day;  + $75 if you need tables and chairs setup/torn down and sanitation
Location: 256 2nd Ave SW, Clearbrook
Accommodates: 100-150 people
Cost: $50 1-5 hrs.; $100 full day
​*$200 Funeral cost includes set up, tear down, clean up, and event coordinator on site. (Kitchen and dining areas separate)

Commercial Kitchen

The Commercial Kitchen space is available for rent by caterers, private parties, or teachers. 
Certified staff and training are also available.

Cost: $50 for 1-3 hours, $100 for 4-6 hours, $125 for full day

Tuscany Room

The Tuscany Room is a beautiful location for a bridal/baby shower, family reunion, graduation party and more. The Tuscany room is connected to the Commercial Kitchen. It can accommodate up to 40 people.

Accommodates: 40 people
Cost: $50 for 1-5 hours

Little Italy

Little Italy is a quaint little room just off of the Tuscany Room. It's the perfect spot for your luncheon, business meeting, or visiting with friends.

Accommodates: 18 people
Cost: $25 for 1-5 hours

Coffee Coop

The Coffee Coop is the perfect spot for your small gathering. It's also a great place to grab a cup of coffee or tea and visit with friends. 
​The community has used this space for card making & scrap-booking parties, Red Hat Ladies meetings, Nourishing Traditions whole foods class, and more.
Location: 226 Elm St, Gonvick
Accommodates: 28 people
Cost: ​$25 for 1-5 hours

Climbing Wall & Obstacle Course

The Climbing Wall and Obstacle Course are located in the Clearbrook gymnasium. Great for birthdays or team building events.   

Release form required, parental/guardian signature required for ages 18 and under.
Location: 256 2nd Ave SW, Clearbrook
Cost: ​$125 per hour for up to 6 climbers; $180 per hour for 7-12 climbers​

Classrooms

We have several classrooms available that are perfect for your training or meeting. Smaller rooms that accommodate 5-15 up to larger rooms that can accommodate up to 30 people.
