Our Team

Clear Waters Life Center is governed by a local Board of Directors, which set policy, control the budget and oversee the success of CWLC. The daily operations of CWLC are administrated by an Executive Team and the managers of each program and business. This team and managers report directly to the Board, see the big picture and have a clear vision of how the many different aspects and operations of CWLC work together. They focus on keeping all these connected, while growing across both facilities. They highly value individuals and being inclusive of the community and keep CWLC moving forward in a positive, focused direction.
