Where would you want to belong?

  • Youth Connection - A free faith-based after-school program for kids in 3rd-12th grades.
    • ​Volunteering to connect and participate in after-school activities with the kids- arts & crafts, gym games, other games.
    • Bring food items for snack time.
    • Drive one of CWLC's vans to transport kids from the school to the Life Center.
    • Bring exciting ideas to help us grow.
    • Teach a skill like sewing, painting, drawing, woodworking, or any other skill you'd like to share.
  • Mustard Seed Homes- 12-month residential and vocational recovery program for adult men.
    • ​Become a resident and learn the skills to change and maintain sobriety.
    • Become a house parent to engage with the residents in their day-to-day life.
    • Become a crew boss by bringing your skill to help others learn and grow. 
    • Become a mentor to one of the residents.
    • Donate toward helping us grow and maintain the work Christ is doing in changing these men's lives.
  • Shop At The Top- A thrift store that helps fund our programs.
    • ​Volunteer your time to run the shop, sort donated items needing to be placed on the sales floor, creatively display the unique pieces donated to us.
    • Price and tag items to go to the Shop. 
  • Fitness 
    • ​We have a full weight room and gymnasium with an on-site trainer, all at affordable prices, for people ages 16 and up.
    • We have Pickleball courts in the gyms of both of our buildings.
    • Teach a fitness class at one of our gyms.
    •  PrimeWest members get free gym memberships.

  • Events
    • ​We host a multitude of fundraising events from Holiday Showcase to Brick Oven Pizza Nights. Volunteer your time and skills to help us pull these off with ease and joy- you can serve, cook, perform music, organize, clean up - the needs are endless.
    • Come to our events and enjoy fun and community!
    • Donate to our fund.
    • Volunteer at our Fair Food Booth
  • Counseling
    • ​Family and personal counseling services at a $25 cost per appointment.
    •  Join our Celebrate Recovery or Chemical Dependency support groups.
    • PrimeWest members qualify for free counseling.
    • Help us spread the word to a friend or loved one that could benefit from these services.
  • Grow It Greenhouse
    • ​Have a green thumb or want to learn to have one? Come dig in the dirt and plant seeds or flowers in a warm environment while winter lingers on outside. 
    • Help transplant during the season as more plants and flowers come in.
  • Senior Services
    • ​Transportation - Drive a senior in our community to medical appointments or to run errands.
    • Homemaking - Help a senior live well at home by doing some cleaning they aren't able to take care of: dishes, vacuuming, etc. 
    • Chore Service - Shovel sidewalks, mow lawns, wash windows, put in air conditioners - any of these tasks make a big difference to an elderly person who can't take care of them. 
    • Attend a cooking class for seniors and enjoy a tasty lunch prepared by the teachers. Enjoy a noon meal with friends 
  • Art Classes and Create It Art Studios
    • ​Learn an art skill that interests you at our classes held the second Monday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm. Teachers and subjects vary.
    • Create with pottery, mosaics, and other art forms at Create It Art studios. Mentors are available to teach or give ideas and guidance on Mondays, or you can dabble any day if you pay for a membership.
    • Creativity and fun are highly encouraged!
  • Restore It
    • Refresh and restore old pieces of furniture so they can be sold to good homes. 
    • Arrange and display pieces in either of our Restore It rooms in Gonvick and Clearbrook.
